We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support to the team.


  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Ensures operation of office equipment through preventive maintenance and calling for repairs.
  • Maintains office supplies inventory; anticipates needed supplies and placing orders.
  • Creates and maintains filing systems both physical and electronic.
  • Supports the team by preparing finance documents related to general admin expenses.
  • Takes and disseminate meeting notes to all staff.
  • Generates reports and supports in data organization and timeliness.
  • Supports in the planning and preparation of team events and trainings.
  • Manages and Maintains office calendar.


  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • At least 2 years of experience
